The JewishBoston team is thrilled to re-launch JewishBoston.com this week! (That’s no exaggeration. We are extremely thrilled!)

As the digital home of the Jewish community in Boston, JewishBoston.com aims to engage our diverse community by uniting all of Boston’s Jewish voices into one cohesive platform.

Who’s behind the JewishBoston.com website, you may ask? Well, we’re a very cool team of three hardworking people, if we do say so ourselves. Meet us here! We’re passionate about what we do and want to bring you and the Boston community the very best website we can.

There’s no doubt this two-year undertaking has been incredibly enormous—but we’ve had a ton of help and support along the way, from our parent organization, Combined Jewish Philanthropies, to hundreds of community organizations and helpful users like you. We’ve garnered widespread input to ensure this website is a valuable asset for connecting Boston’s Jewish community.

And now we can finally share the amazing result with you! We hope you find our new site way more user-friendly—and more fun. Want to know what went on behind the scenes? Watch our launch video below. (Yes, it’s a fictionalized version of the process, but so many things actually ring true!)

As you explore our new site, you’ll see the many new innovations we’ve incorporated—both visually and editorially—including content produced specifically for JewishBoston by two professional reporters covering arts and culture and parenting. We’ll have even more new content—both events and blogs—from the 600 community organizations and programs that now have their own microsites within our platform. And our unique cross-promotion ecosystem will showcase all of this great content for you, no matter what type of post you’re viewing.

We invite you to thoroughly explore our new site and share your feedback with us. Please email feedback@jewishboston.com with any comments or suggestions. And please keep in mind that some site features are still in the works (like the search function) but will be available shortly. Thank you for your patience as we transition to this new platform and continue to work out the kinks that will undoubtedly arise from time to time.

Want to stay connected? Subscribe to our newsletters to find out what’s happening in the Greater Boston Jewish community each week.

We’re excited to bring you the very best our community has to offer in the coming months. We’re just getting started, so stay tuned!
