The JCRC’s ReachOut! volunteer program is thrilled to unveil a new interfaith volunteer program! This three month series of volunteering events was developed for Interfaith Couples to give back together in a community setting. Each opportunity focuses on the issue of Hunger and Homelessness in Boston, offering participants the chance to volunteer at a variety of homeless shelters and soup kitchens within Boston.

There are 8 volunteer sessions- participants are encouraged to sign up for as many sessions as fit their schedule– though we strongly recommend committing to at least 4 of the sessions. The more sessions you attend, the more you’ll get out of the experience! This is a great way to give back and to explore the Boston Jewish community with other Interfaith Couples! Registration is open through February 25th. There is no cost to the program– just click here to find the application!

ReachOut!’s Cycle 7 Launch is taking place on February 5th– have questions about the program? Come on by!
