Communities Responding to Extreme Weather (CREW) invites you to the 2021 Interfaith Climate Summit: Healing, Helping and Building Resilience. For this event, we are so lucky to be joined in unity with several diverse faith leaders and community members representing many faith traditions in learning how to heal together. We are very excited for this upcoming event and hope you are too!

This year’s program will be dynamic and our keynote speaker is the Rev. Jim Antal. We will have three breakout groups guided by our themes: healing, helping and building resilience. Each group will have three co-facilitators, two from different faith traditions and one emergency manager facilitating each group. The website is being updated with names as we confirm them.

Each breakout group will consist of facilitators talking about what the theme looks like in their tradition/work and what can be learned from the pandemic. There will be also a dialogue among facilitators and breakout group participants.

The Jewish Climate Action Network-MA’s (JCAN-MA) own president, Rabbi Katy Allen, will be leading one of the breakout sessions. We hope you can attend this very important climate summit.
