Sara Gardner is the collaborations manager at JArts. She is also a published cookbook author (“The Rosh Hashanah Seder Cookbook: Stories & Recipes From the Reform Jewish Community of Madrid“) and culinary historian specializing in the culinary heritage and cultural identity of the Sephardic Jewish community, for which she received a Fulbright research grant in 2016.
