Bring at least two beers and two kinds of cheese to the call and you will learn about them along the way.
What do you need to participate in this virtual happy hour? At least two types of cheese. However, we recommend having at least three of the following:
- Fresh (example: mozzarella)
- Soft (example: camembert or brie)
- Semi-soft (example: muenster and gouda)
- Hard (example: cheddar or gruyere)
- Blue (example: gorgonzola or roquefort)
You should have your favorite beer on hand, but a variety of beers is better. Pairings are best experienced when you have beer styles with varying characteristics (i.e. stout vs. IPA).
