As we approach the 80th anniversary of the start of World War II and the Holocaust, we invite you to join us for a fascinating evening with Marthe Cohn and hear her riveting story as a French Jewish spy in Nazi Germany.

After losing family members to the Nazis, Marthe was able to use her fluent German, her looks and knowledge of the area to become a spy for the allies and provide intelligence to the war against the Nazis. In later years, Marthe was awarded France’s highest military honor in recognition of her efforts and has written a book describing her story.

Marthe will be joining us for an evening in Sudbury, at which she will share her dramatic personal story of survival in the Holocaust while spying against the Nazis.

Marthe’s story is an inspiring and moving story of a young Jewish woman whose perseverance, grit and self-sacrifice made a critical difference and embodies the best qualities of humanity.
