Join Koleinu as they present their spring concert, L’dor Vador – From Generation to Generation, in the beautifully renovated sanctuary of Congregation Kehillath Israel in Brookline.

The program will feature music from Ernest Bloch’s famed Sacred Service, Sabbath settings of Max Janowski and contemporary gems of the jazz-inspired composer Robert Applebaum, along with other choral selections. The concert will also celebrate and include the beautiful singing of Rav-Hazzan Scott Sokol, Koleinu’s co-founder, who also served as the cantor of Kehillath Israel from 1994-2005.

Cantor Becky Khitrik will lend her talents on the clarinet and Dr. Francene Reichel, Scott’s wife, will add her rich mezzo-soprano to the evening.
