This Cranberry Shabbat is a wonderful opportunity to join Rabbi Katy Allen and Gabi Mezger of Ma’yan Tikvah in cranberry picking, a mix of songs, prayer and a fall potluck picnic lunch alongside the Wachusett Reservoir.

Please bring something to share for lunch, your own beverage and utensils and containers you can use for yourself and/or donate to a homeless shelter’s Thanksgiving dinner. (We do plan to donate most of our harvest to the shelter.)

There may be muddy spots at the reservoir and it could turn chilly; please dress accordingly. We’ll meet by Gate 8 on Route 70.

In case of inclement weather or rain, this Shabbat will take place Nov. 2.
