This six-week program, led by Laila Vehvilaninen, MS, MPH, a gerontologist, certified senior specialist, personal trainer and health educator, is based on the book and curriculum “Live Long, Die Short: Guide to Authentic Health and Successful Aging” by Roger Landry, MD, MPH.

Each session will include discussion and physical exercise, including strength and balance, stretching and meditation. Rabbi Lisa Eiduson will serve as guest speaker at several sessions, where she will explore the role of spirituality in health and wellness. This course is geared toward adults seeking to make positive changes for more vibrant, authentic health in their lives.
