Hebrew College and the Boston Psychoanalytic Society and Institute present Rabbis Joel Baron and Sara Paasche-Orlow, authors of Deathbed Wisdom of the Hasidic Masters: The Book of Departure and Caring for People at the End of life, in conversation with Holly Friedman Housman, LICSW and Dr. Bennett Simon of the Boston Psychoanalytic Society and Institute. The panel will reflect on the timeless wisdom revealed in the end-of-life conversations between the Hasidic masters and their disciples and the lessons they hold for us today drawing on their professional experiences in their respective fields of chaplaincy and psychoanalysis.
