Join us on MLK Day! JCRC will be hosting a volunteer event all day at The Mather School in Dorchester. Come chat with ReachOut! after a meaningful day of service to learn how YOU (young Jewish professional in your 20s and 30s) can get involved and make a difference in the Greater Boston community on a regular basis . Registration for volunteering on MLK Day can be found on JCRC’s home page. Not able to volunteer? Still feel free to come on by and have a cup of coffee!

ReachOut! runs for 12 weeks at a time. You and a small group of your peers work with one of our partner sites one evening a week for said 12 weeks. We have a wide variety of community service opportunities available, ranging from working with teens, spending time with seniors, helping the homeless, and providing adult education. In addition to service work, you will have the chance to get to know your fellow participants through two Shabbat dinners and a social event.

Event Location: Savin Scoop
107 Savin Hill Ave, Boston, MA, 02125
