This celebration is designed especially for families with children in pre-K and elementary school.

The fun begins at 10:30 with a Purim sing-along led by Rabbi Darby Leigh and family educator Nancy Kaplan. Kerem Shalom’s b’nai mitzvah students will then present a Purimspiel (Purim play) followed by a costume parade and Purim carnival. Kids will enjoy a giant bouncy house, face painting, games and crafts, and hamantaschen and other treats.

Tickets are four for $1, and $5 enables children to participate in all activities.

To fulfill the Purim mitzvah of feeding the hungry, Kerem Shalom is holding a collection at the carnival to cover the costs of donating gift bags filled with hamantaschen to Open Table.
