Family Shabbat and Tzedakah Program with Cradles to Crayons

January 9, 2015 $18.00 - $72.00

Come and meet your community!

You and your loved ones are invited to a Shabbat and Tzedakah evening with Cradles to Crayons. Meet other young families, join in a special project, and welcome in Shabbat at Boston’s Jewish historic landmark right in the heart of Beacon Hill!

Here’s the Schedule:

5:30 – 6:30pm: Kosher Dairy Dinner in the Community Room (Vegetarian options available.)

6:30 – 7:30pm: Winter Clothes Tzedakah Project in the Sanctuary

We will also have the chance to hear from Cradles to Crayons Representative Julia Boyaval

This evening is ideal for children ages 7 to 16, but all ages are welcome. Parents are encouraged to drop their children off at the Vilna, stay and participate in the Project, and/or enjoy wine and cheese while meeting other adults and the Vilna Shul team.

We are also looking for Cradles to Crayons donations!

From now until the program you can bring your gently used items to the Vilna Shul and we will donate them directly to Cradles to Crayons! To see what items are needed, please visit their website. Feel free to bring them to the Shabbat celebration as well.

$5 validated parking is available at 165 Cambridge Street and we are located near the green, red, and orange subway lines. Please feel free to drop of your children at the Vilna before parking. Visit our website for more details at www.vilnashul.org.

See you at the Vilna!
