This extraordinary multicultural event features three choirs: Zamir Chorale of Boston, America’s foremost Jewish choral ensemble, VOICES 21C, is a chamber choir committed to creating personal meaning in performance by connecting musical messages to social justice issues in the USA and abroad, and representing the voices of the silenced, the forgotten, and the marginalized, and Boston Community Gospel Choir, which often performs with the Boston Symphony Orchestra.

Each group will separately perform songs from the Jewish, Muslim and Christian cultures, respectively, and then join together to perform music that transcends the collective cultures. The idea of shared values, especially in these turbulent times, rises above our many cultures and connects us. By using music to explore the themes of freedom, we seek to create a culture of understanding, faith and hope.

Join us at 2:15 p.m. for a guided tour of the Vilna! Learn about the history of the Jews of Boston and the unique architectural features of this particular building. Please note that the doors and building will not open until 2:15 p.m. to the public. Seating is general admission and on a first-come, first-served basis.
