ADL is now accepting applications for the Glass Leadership Institute (GLI)! Join us for a virtual happy hour and info session to meet past program participants and learn more.

GLI is a nationally recognized leadership development program that provides participants with an insider’s perspective on one of the nation’s leading civil rights and anti-hate organizations.

Once a month, participants meet with ADL experts and our partners to engage in interactive sessions covering the full range of issues on the ADL agenda. Participants implement their newfound knowledge and skills at the National Leadership Summit in Washington, D.C.

Please note: Due to current restrictions on in-person meetings, our sessions will be fully virtual through at least the end of 2020.

Highlights from the past year include:

  • Sessions at the Attorney General’s Office, the Suffolk County House of Corrections and The Boston Globe
  • Lectures by ADL experts on topics such as hate in America, civil rights and anti-bias education in schools
  • Lobbying state representatives at the Capitol during the National Leadership Summit
