Kerem Shalom cantor and director of adult programming Rosalie Gerut will be part of an online panel discussion that will help people look within themselves and their own communities to understand what each of us can do to heal divisions in the midst of polarization.

Rosalie, who is the daughter of Holocaust survivors, will speak about her work as co-founder of One-by-One Inc., a group dedicated to offering transformative dialogues for polarized groups. She will be joined by Daisy Khan, executive director of the Women’s Islamic Initiative in Spirituality and Equality; Tony McAleer, who co-founded the peace advocacy group Life After Hate after spending 15 years with the White Aryan Resistance; and Belvie Rooks, a writer and human rights activist. Judith Thompson, a scholar-practitioner focused on inter-communal dialogue, psychosocial healing, leadership development and community organizing, will moderate the panel, which is being co-hosted by the Global Citizens Circle, the Social Change Initiative and Southern New Hampshire University.
