The film is about Aharon, who has devoted his life to his son, Uri, who has autism. He now faces immense pressure to let Uri move away from their quiet, routined life into a group home. Unconvinced that Uri is ready for this move, Aharon decides to run away with his son, taking him on an unpredictable, secret road trip. As their adventure goes haywire, Aharon must face the fact that perhaps it is he who is not ready for change.

Shai Avivi was born in Acre, Israel, in 1964. He is an actor, comedian and Israeli television host who won an Israeli Academy Award (Ophir). He is known for the Israeli satirical sketch comedy television program “Hahamishia Kakamerit,” the series “HaBurganim” and “Pillars of Smoke,” and the films “One Week and a Day” and “Here We Are.”
