Learn and discover the benefits of the HouGu Nourishing Qigong set, which was created to help tonify the body and invigorate the Qi (life force energy). A gentle and restorative exercise regimen, it is said that the HouGu helps to expel negative Qi and draw fresh Qi into the body, relax the muscles, strengthen the bones and increase joint and tendon elasticity and vigor. It can also improve the body’s ability to resist inflammation and arthritis.

The practice focuses on strengthening and tonifying the Nine Joints (foot, ankle, knee, hip, waist, shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand) and the Eight Extraordinary Meridians. An excellent practice for health, strength and longevity for practitioners of all ages.
