The theme, “To Dream Together,” came about, according to Rabbi Giulia Fleishman, because: “I am thinking this year especially about community, solidarity and collective liberation—what it means to understand that all of our freedom is bound together.”

The virtual and in-person service will be led by Rabbi Giulia Fleishman and the Rev. Cathlin Baker, with speakers Toni Kauffman, president of the Martha’s Vineyard NAACP, and Sandy Pimental of the Martha’s Vineyard Diversity Coalition, in partnership with the Martha’s Vineyard NAACP and the First Congregational Church of West Tisbury.

There is a reception after the event for those who attend in person with food provided by Chef Ting of Black Joy Food Love.

Virtual attendees can register by emailing admin@mvhc.us for the link.
