In this third part of a four series on Israel,  Dr. Rachel Fish will focus on the two state solution and obstacles preventing its realization.  She will discuss modest gains that are happening in Israel in an effort to improve Israeli and Palestinian relations.  Dr.  Fish is the Associate Director of the Schusterman Center for Israel Studies at Brandeis University.  She received her doctoral degree from the Near Eastern and Judaic Studies Department at Brandeis and has taught courses about Zionism and Israeli history at Brandeis University, UMASS Amherst and the Me’ah Adult Jewish Education program.
