We are thrilled to be hosting Layla Alsheikh and Vivian Silver from Women Wage Peace and their newly established sister organization, Women of the Sun, for a conversation about their work.

Women Wage Peace is a grassroots organization that brings together women from across Israeli society: Arabs and Jews, religious and secular, Bedouin, Druze and the list goes on. WWP is committed to bringing a just and agreed-upon resolution of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict through non-violent means. Since their inception in 2014, they have held thousands of events, from their renowned March for Hope to lobbying for diplomatic efforts in the Knesset to their Mother’s Call initiative.
