Out featured guest speaker, Nina Manolson, M.A., helps women end their war with food and make peace with their body. She is a psychology of eating coach, Body-Trust provider and board-certified wellness coach with over 25 years experience in the health and wellness field. She founded NinaManolson.com, The Nourished Woman Nation and created the Body-Love Map—a guide that helps women move from body-dissatisfaction to body-love.

Jewish women have a special relationship with food…and it can get a little bit complicated! In this workshop, Nina will lead us in an exploration of the complexities we have with food so that we can bring more joy to the table, release some stress and learn about the hidden gift this relationship holds for us. Nina will be joined by her daughter, Ruby Russell, an alumna of Alexander Muss High School in Israel, to share her connection to the Jewish homeland and the work of JNF.

Women of all ages are invited to attend this body-positive, interactive event. Invite your friends!
