Pamela Schuller grew up with the worst-diagnosed case of Tourette syndrome. For years, she was depressed and suicidal, wishing her differences away, but was able to reframe her life. Now Pamela is internationally known as a disability and mental health advocate, as well as a professional stand-up comedian.

With humor, she will tell us about her life and how she has managed to turn her life around. She is proud of who she has become—a comedian and mental health advocate who has an impact on the disability community while helping synagogues become more inclusive communities.

Join Temple Emunah this Shabbat, where Pamela will be our Shabbat speaker (shortly after 11 a.m.), with a Q&A afterward.
