The goals of the Massachusetts Dayenu Community Virtual House Meeting are as follows:
- Share information about a big action being planned for Aug. 19: Aug. 19 is a national day of action for the Green New Deal, and an action is being planned in Boston. The time is critical as negotiations for the budget reconciliation and infrastructure bill continue in the Senate.
- Build community: The majority of our time will be spent getting to know who is in this community and sharing why we feel called to do this work.
- Discuss next steps: In the final moments of the call we’ll discuss what next steps this community would like to take following this initial call, such as regular gatherings.
