The Me2/Orchestra is a fully inclusive orchestra comprising musicians coping with, treating or caring for loved ones with mental health challenges. In between orchestral pieces, people struggling with mental health issues will speak about their experiences.

Me2 is a model organization consisting of people with and without mental illnesses who work together in an environment where acceptance is an expectation, patience is encouraged and supporting each other is a priority. It is led by renowned music director and conductor Ronald Braunstein, who won the Herbert von Karajan International Conducting Competition and has conducted orchestras all over the world. Ronald was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 1985. He is married to Me2/Orchestra’s executive director, Caroline Whiddon. For more information, visit me2orchestra.org.

The concert is free and open to the public. There will be a service and Shabbat dinner beforehand for Temple Beth Elohim members only.
