Like many of you, we were shocked and concerned to see the news of the public display of hate here at home on the North Shore. We are proud to stand with leaders from across our community and proclaim loud and clear that the North Shore is no place for hate.

For that matter, there is no “place” for hate. Not in Massachussetts, not in the United States, and not anywhere in the world.

We hope and pray for a day that hate will be eradicated forever, and every member of the human race will live in peace and harmony.

Until that day, we need to call out and condemn antisemitism and any form of hate speech wherever and whenever it rears its ugly head.

We recognize that the single most powerful way to combat darkness is through an increase in light, an increase in pride, and an increase in acts of goodness and kindness.

We invite Jewish Community Members and every concerned citizen on the North Shore to join us for a rally of pride and solidarity.

Looking forward to standing with local elected officials, clergy, representatives from the CJP, ADL and JCRC and committing ourselves to spreading acts of goodness and kindness to banish the darkness.
