CJP, Julie Sagan and Wendy Polins warmly invite to you to the Women’s Philanthropy North Shore Winter Event: An Evening of Wellness.

To kick off the evening, Rabbi Jillian Cameron, CJP’s director of adult learning, will help us explore wellness through a Jewish lens.

Then, we’ll relax as local yoga teachers Allison Swartz and Stephanie Greenfield guide us through meditation and yoga stretches for mindful living. Together, we’ll take time out to reflect as individuals and connect as a community.

We’ll finish with a cooking demo by local health coach Debra Klein, who will show us how to keep our meals nutritious and delicious even in the dark of winter. She’ll share some simple tips and tricks to help us master the art of healthy meal prep!

This event is open to all women, so please bring your friends. No yoga experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one and feel free to wear comfortable clothes!

Wine and light refreshments inspired by Debra’s recipes will be served. Dietary laws will be observed.

For more information or special accommodations, please contact Deborah at deborahg@cjp.org or call 617-457-8849.

In case of inclement weather, please call 617-457-8888 or visit cjp.org for event updates.
