NIA is a fun cardiovascular workout based on dance movements, martial arts and healing arts, fueled by inspiring music, drums and rhythms.

Taught by a certified NIA instructor. Participants must be able to stand for the majority of class. Care partners are welcome to join the class at no cost.

A virtual support group for those caring for someone with Parkinson’s will also meet every other Tuesday beginning April 13 from 2-3 p.m. Support group participants must be the caregiver for someone participating in one of the JCC’s Parkinson’s exercise classes.
