Cooking a delicious dinner that’s kosher for Passover and not impossible to make can be a challenge for some. Join us for a kosher cooking demonstration full of Passover-friendly recipes and ideas that will be accompanied by the opportunity to purchase wines paired for the occasion.

ATC members and cookbook authors Rob Yunich and Elana Milstein will lead the cooking demo, which will include audience participation. The menu: chicken thighs dripping with an apricot sauce, chicken breasts lovingly coated with a sticky honey glaze, succulent baked salmon rubbed with special spices, distinctive farfel stuffing, the chefs’ take on the signature Israeli salad, and snickerdoodle cinnamon cookies. The demonstration will be followed by a dinner that gives attendees an opportunity to enjoy all of the prepared dishes.

Taste renowned kosher wines and purchase them for your seder (or another occasion). This will make sure that just the right wine is there in the special four glasses. The wine selections will be finalized at a later date.

This event is open to anyone and everyone. To make reservations, call 781-344-8733 or email office@atorah.org before March 10. Payments must be made in advance by cash or credit card. No payments will be accepted at the door.
