This yoga class is designed for pregnant women. Take the time to center, connect and focus on yourself and your baby. Stretch and soothe your sore back, shoulders and legs. Learn to relax, breathe and meditate in preparation for the big day. No yoga experience is necessary, but if you practice yoga regularly, you’ll love our challenging modified poses. This 4 week class costs $66 and is held at the Leventhal-Sidman Jewish Community Center (333 Nahanton Street) in Newton. Multiple offerings: Sundays, March 23-April 13 from 9:30-10:45am and Fridays, March 28-May 2 from 9:30-10:45am. Register at www.bostonjcc.org/earlyparenting.
