Following service, enjoy mini quiches, pizza bagels, cheescake & more – including the beer we brewed in May! An engaging and interactive learning discussion will be lead by Dr. David Fishman. TOPIC: Legends about what happened at Mount Sinai!

Dr. David Fishman was with us for Passover and returns for Shavuot! He is a Professor of Modern Jewish History at JTS (Jewish Theological Seminary) & Director of Project Judaica, JTS’ program at the Russian State University in Moscow. Next week, as part of Project Judaica, he will be visiting Moscow & Kiev, Ukraine. Dr. Fishman is also the Director of the Jewish Archival Survey which has uncovered hundreds of archival collections related to the Holocaust in Russia & the Ukraine.
