Sleep is one of the most talked-about concerns for parents. Routines are another. But are they linked? How? Are routines the same as schedules?

Please join the Center for Early Relationship Support® for information and strategies to improve your family’s sleep, as well as the opportunity to share your questions, concerns, and thoughts about the relationship between sleep and routines with other parents. All sleep conversations are led by a member of our Sleep Consultation team and are open to families of all faiths and backgrounds. Babies in arms are welcome. Please note that this event is for parents, not providers.

This event costs $15 to attend. Register online.

Registration is required before the session. Please include the age of your baby when registering.

A full refund is available if a cancellation is received by noon on Monday, September 23. Cancellations after that point will not be eligible for a refund but will receive a credit for attending a future group.

For more information, contact Gabrielle Jacobs at gjacobs@jfcsboston.org or 781-693-5652.
