“Syncopation”: Art Exhibit Opening Event

Please join us for the opening of Hebrew College’s fall art exhibition “Syncopation: Lyrical Abstraction in Israeli Art,” featuring Israeli art from the college’s permanent collection in celebration of Israel’s 75th anniversary. Explore 22 works on paper, all done in the 1970s. This is the college’s final exhibit it Newton Centre before we move to a new home on January 2023!

The exhibit, which will run Sept. 21 – Nov. 30, is curated by Deb Feinstein, founding chair of the Hebrew College Arts Initiative and member of the Hebrew College Board of Trustees.

Exhibit viewing hours:

  • Monday through Thursday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Friday: 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, beginning Oct. 23: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
