This series is a beginner’s guide to mixing cocktails with a Jewish flair! Join us as we gather virtually to make cocktails like a professional, each with a Jewish theme while learning mixology concepts, tools, and techniques. Make the drinks with us, or watch and make them later!

Please note that this is a 21+ event.

While it’s helpful to have proper bar tools, regular kitchen alternatives are provided and will be explained:

  • Bar spoon (or regular spoon)
  • Shaker (or mixing glass—any cup with a lid will do!)
  • Jigger (or measuring tools—1/4 cup and tablespoon)
  • Stove
  • Small pot
  • Shot glass
  • Martini glass
  • Pint glass

About our mixology teacher:

U.S. Army veteran turned engineer turned restaurateur Joshua Allen is the maestro of mistreated machines at Bit Bar Salem. When not scouring the area for abandoned arcade games and restoring them to renown, he frequently finds fun flavors for Bit Bar’s classy cocktail menu.
