Judge Phillip Weiner, an international judge at the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, was responsible for war crimes cases, serving as an appellate judge and presiding over many trials. His cases involved allegations of war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide.
More recently, he oversaw war crimes investigations relating to the Khmer Rouge regime. He was knighted for his efforts in training Cambodia judges, attorneys and police officers.
