A top-flight lineup of blues musicians will be performing in one star-studded event in Stoughton this winter. Ahavath Torah Congregation will be hosting its 5th Annual Winter Blues Festival on Saturday, January 16, from 6:30 PM-midnight. There will also be a Meet the Legends pre-show Meet and Greet from 5 – 6:30 PM.
Tickets prices are $40 in advance, $45 at the door, Meet and Greet tickets $100. Both advance ticket options may be found at the ticket purchase website www.atorah.org/blues. Beer, wine and snacks will be available for purchase. The proceeds from the concert will be shared with ALYN Hospital, Israel’s premiere comprehensive pediatric and adolescent orthopedic rehabilitation center. Ahavath Torah Congregation is located at 1179 Central Street, Stoughton, MA, 02072. It is located just off Rtes. 138 and 128.
The lineup is a who’s who powerhouse of legendary blues talent. This star-studded blues festival will be hosted by Vinny Serino. Legendary artists will include regional favorites and award-winning Vinny Serino and Boston Baked Blues with the Temple Horns, blues guitar virtuoso Lew Hawkins and his band, blues legend and award winner Short’y Billups, 2014 Blues Challenge Winners and Vizztone recording artists Erin Harpe and the Delta Swingers; and world renowned harmonica player and Blues Music Award winner and “Most Innovative player of his generation” Jason Ricci. This lineup of blues luminaries is not to be missed!
