At WonderMinyan, young Jews begin to learn Shabbat morning and holiday prayers, the weekly parasha (Torah portion) through stories and plays, as well as build a community of friends.
Schedule:
- 10:30-11 a.m. Shabbat Shabreakfast
- 11-11:30 a.m. Age-appropriate parasha/Shabbat engagement throughout the building: Littles (babies to first grade); Middles (second to fourth grades); Olders (fifth through seventh grades)
- 11:30-12 p.m. Tefillah (prayers) and songs
- 12-12:30 p.m. Activity/schmooze time (before joining the end of services in the sanctuary as we bless the children)
Please note: Families with children of all ages are welcome to come to TBZ Shabbat services every week, even when there is no WonderMinyan! Please feel free to use the quiet play area in the sanctuary or use one of our third-floor rooms overlooking the sanctuary (where services can also be seen and heard).
