Worrier to Warrior Adult Ed Course

This fall, the Chabad Center of Sudbury will offer “Worrier to Warrior,” a new six-session course by the acclaimed Jewish Learning Institute (JLI) to help people explore the Jewish approach to happiness and healthy thinking, which will be explored through the lens of Jewish teachings and contemporary psychology.

Beginning on Nov. 12 and continuing for an additional five weeks, the course, which is mined from the spiritual teachings of Torah, Jewish mysticism and contemporary psychology, will take a fresh approach to achieving positive and happy perspectives to life and healthy emotional feelings.

Whether you want to explore this because you love to study and learn new ideas and concepts and would love to explore a Jewish approach to this topic, or whether you are seeking to better understand a realistic Jewish approach that can be used and integrated into our busy and hectic lives, please join us for a meaningful and enriching learning experience.
