The success of Jewish Family & Children’s Service programs depends on many factors such as program design and delivery, outcome measurement, fundraising, and marketing. But one of our most important success factors is the people on the front lines, our clinicians. These are the nurses, geriatric care managers, therapists, home health aides, social workers, and case managers who bring expert advice and care to our clients.
“Our seasoned clinicians are trained to work with both medical systems and families. We share a desire to help people get their needs met and figure out how to make it happen with as much dignity as possible,” said Karen Wasserman, Director of Your Elder Experts. “We help navigate housing options, medical information, and aspects of day-to-day living in order to give people as much independence as possible.”
