Jewish Family Service of Metrowest (JFS) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a $5,000 grant from the MutualOne Charitable Foundation in support of the JFS Patient Navigator program.

The Patient Navigator program is an enhanced medical escort service offered free of charge to adults aged 60+ who live in Framingham.  The program is designed to provide support to older adults so they can get the medical care and information they need to live safely and independently in the community.

JFS is proud to partner with the MutualOne Charitable Foundation and is grateful for their support of the Patient Navigator program.

Please visit the MutualOne Charitable Foundation website to learn more about the Foundation and to read the press release.
