It is with overwhelming gratitude that JFS thanks our partners, Daniel’s Table of Framingham and the many community supporters who helped provide 125 families with everything needed to enjoy a full and festive Thanksgiving dinner.
In addition to generous support from Daniel’s Table, Holiday Dreams Foundation and the Gerber Family, JFS also sends a huge thank you to all of our sponsors and our 30-plus volunteers. Volunteers comprised JFS board members and staff, area companies, local school groups, the staff at the Woodrow Wilson Elementary School and Metrowest area families.
The annual JFS Thanksgiving dinner distribution is part of the constellation services provided to the families at the Wilson School through Accelerating Social, Academic and Health Equity programming.
As one recipient said: “Thank you so much for sending me to get the turkey and trimmings. What a great treat. I am blown away by all the generosity. There is much good in the world.”
