The Mission of Aviv Centers for Living is to enrich the life of each of our residents and program participants, so that each can continue to live his or her life with a sense of meaning and purpose.
Established in Lynn, Massachusetts in 1945, Aviv Centers for Living has long been providing excellence in Senior Care on the North Shore of Massachusetts.
Once simply known as “The Home”, The Jewish Home for the Aged became Jewish Rehabilitation Center of the North Shore in 1966. Affectionately called The JRC to this day, this center that also embodies our Adult Day Health Center will move to our Peabody campus in September 2012.
With all of our services on one campus, we are able to fully serve seniors in a wide range of wants and needs.
Our partnerships with the North Suburban JCC Early Childhood center and the Jewish Heritage Center allow us to offer a great range of on-site programming encompassing not only our history, but our future, in one diverse, beautiful campus experience.
