Spread plastic wrap on a cookie sheet. Spoon apple sauce onto the cookie sheet, no thicker than a quarter-inch so it will dry. Place in 150-degree oven to dry, which can take six to 10 hours. You’ll know it’s ready when there are no sticky spots. Peel the apple sheet off and have fun cutting it into shapes and eating it for snack.
