created at: 2012-10-31Pathways to Employment is a new service sponsored by the Jewish community to help people with disabilities gain the skills needed to be independent and successful at work. This new program is for adults who are motivated to work but need to develop workplace skills, such as:

  • Effective Workplace Communication
  • Problem Solving
  • Time Management and Personal Organization
  • Following Instructions

Programming will emphasize learning together in classroom and community settings among a small group of adults with similar learning needs. Participants should be able to be in the community without constant supervision and can commit to attending three days per week.
