You know and love Clover Food Lab for chickpea fritters and soy BLTs. But did you know they also make Passover meals? It’s true: They’re partnering with Rabbi Barry Dolinger from Congregation Beth Sholom in Providence, Rhode Island, to create a seder spread with food, kosher wines and Dolinger’s own “Mitzvah Matzos.”

Order a multi-course Passover box for between two to 10 people; just warm it up and go. There are red or white kosher wine options, too. Dolinger makes the matzo himself, with proceeds donated to organizations that fight human trafficking, including The Nomi Network.

“Let’s use this Passover to build some momentum to increasing freedom for those who need it most palpably,” he says, ranging from victims of the Uyghur genocide to marginalized communities disproportionately affected by the pandemic.

Dolinger’s matzo is softer and thicker, he says, reminiscent of matzo made before the Industrial Revolution. (Read more about its history here!) He’ll also travel to Clover’s Cambridge commissary to supervise food production. Their kitchen and equipment will be properly kashered, and to-go boxes will also be free of kitniyot.

On the menu: a matzo fluffernutter kit (!), apps like romesco dip and meatless chopped liver, Brussels sprouts casserole, potato cheddar soup, borscht, mushroom matzo pâté, butternut squash kugel, flourless chocolate cake and apple mousse.

Order by Wednesday, March 24, at 5 p.m., or until supplies last. There’s free delivery within 30 miles of East Cambridge, as well as pickup in Providence on Thursday, March 25.
