Fourth graders at Schechter are on their way to becoming experts about certain countries, which they have been researching since the beginning of the year in library class.
Recently, the students took the results of their research and designed posters that speak when specific areas are tapped. The poster actually communicates information about each student’s particular country!
To create these interactive posters, the fourth graders used copper tape and a Makey-Makey that connects areas on the poster to a Scratch project, which each student programmed to share facts about their assigned country.
