Kerem Shalom is excited to welcome Molly Bajgot to service as our Interim Cantorial Soloist for the coming year!
Molly is a talented singer, songwriter, teacher, and prayer leader with a deep love for both traditional and contemporary Jewish music and liturgy. She has a background in Jewish education, social justice, and community ritual creation. She has led prayer services, song circles, and workshops for Jewish communities locally and nationally, and continues to lead monthly musical Shabbat services for Congregation B’nai Israel in Northampton.
Molly will lead High Holy Days and other holiday celebrations, two to three Kabbalat Shabbat services a month, periodic Saturday morning services, two special Havdalah services, and many community dinners. In addition, Molly is serving as the music educator for our Hebrew school students.
