Muse & Schmooze: How to Make Apple Cork Stamp Cards for Rosh Hashanah (Video)

Usher in a sweet New Year by making your own greeting and place cards for family and friends with easy apple cork stamps! In the video below I’ll walk you through this fun DIY craft project—which uses recycled wine corks, paint and paper—that both kids and adults will enjoy. Happy crafting!

P.S. Like the cork place card holders you saw in the video? Here’s how to make your own: Line up two corks side by side; flip the pair upside down and use a hot glue gun to put a line of glue between them toward the bottom. Let dry and then put your paper place card in the middle. Another option uses one cork per place card: Use a knife to slice off the bottom side of the cork so it lies flat on the table, then make an incision across the length of the cork to hold your paper card.
