The Rashi School recently elected Rebecca Burack as president of its Board of Trustees. In this role, Ms. Burack will provide guidance and leadership in maintaining and strengthening Rashi’s exceptional commitment to academic excellence. She has served on the Rashi Board since 2014.

Rebecca is a partner in Bain & Company’s Boston office, where she has worked for nearly two decades. She is a leader in the firm’s private equity practice and serves as head of the global post-acquisition business. Rebecca advises clients across the full investment lifecycle, including pre- and post-acquisition and has significant experience developing and implementing growth strategies and full potential plans with leading players in the industrial goods and services sector and distributors in a wide range of sectors. Additionally, she has deep expertise in other areas, including due diligence, commercial and sales excellence, pricing, distribution strategies and performance improvement.

Prior to joining Bain in 1998, Rebecca worked for International Paper in manufacturing. Rebecca earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and her BS in operations research and industrial engineering from Cornell University. Currently, Rebecca resides in­­­ Newton; she and her husband, Glenn, have two children attending Rashi.
