What a privilege it is to be a part of CJP’s PresenTense Boston Fellowship. To be connected to so many fruitful resources and opportunities is beyond words–and yet here I am trying to write some…

created at: 2011-02-10Though I may be the personal recipient of the Fellowship, I’m here on behalf of The Sounding Board (TSB) Even in just these initial weeks, the experience has been invaluable for us. The first seminar was so informative and, though intimidating at first, we made a huge leap-frog forward in all aspects since.

Since TSB is an arts & culture-focused venture, we have been receiving so much guidance and assistance from the music community. But one of the many things PresenTense has given us is the perspective of the Jewish community. My hope is that with the combined mentorship, TSB will be able to have the broadest impact possible.

As for what’s next in the Fellowship, I’m really looking forward to continuing the relationship with my “cluster” (small group of fellows) and my mentor. Even more so, I can’t wait for all the work I’m doing with PresenTense to coalesce with the wonderful progress our entire team at TSB has done thus far.

An entire world of social innovation within the Jewish community has been opened to me and TSB, and I’m incredibly excited for all the opportunities and possibilities ahead of us.

Thank you PresenTense & Thank you CJP!

Michael
